Forging Functional Fog

Moving away from concepts and back into the Sci-Fi room, I added some fog into the main chamber near the test tubes.

Simple fog coming off the test tubes.

Using a fog particle asset (Provided by FileBase), I editing the emission speed and threw on a green tint to match the tubes themselves.

The fog itself is easy to manipulate in Unity’s Particle System as well, allowing control over how many particles, their speed, color, size, angle, range, etc.

Plethora of Options!

Ambient effects such as this can really add to a scene!

Side shot of the fog!
